I kinda wavered over that one, but the lack of detail was bugging me and I felt like if I approved it I'd only be doing so because I love Ritsu, which isn't really the criteria for acceptance...

I don't think this is a photoshop nudefilter. It looks like the artist possibly made this animation themselves, because of the expression change and twirly stuff.

A couple big marks against it:
　1) Lack of source URL - no proof.
　2) Art looks really bad on the nude.
　3) Core almost never does explicit images.
　4) I follow all Core images, and have never seen this gif from him.

Not willing to accept that this is official without an unambiguous source URL linking it to the artist.

I always have a hard time knowing if a 4koma is worth accepting without a translation. Otherwise it's just talking heads. Those may well be very funny and worth accepting but right now it's just... text I can't understand.

Yui is trying to say that she wants to quit the keionbu and stammers out "ji" a lot, while Mio tries to guess what famous guitarist's name she is trying to say, over four 4komas. Basically an extension of a not very funny scene from the first episode of K-ON.

By the way, seems we can't add translations to deleted posts?
