UPDATE: It's been deleted but it still won't let me create the artist page, still says "Error: Name conflicts with a wiki page"

Create an artist with a different name, then rename it to the one you want. Artist name checks for wiki page conflicts only happen on artist creation.

You should use the Translation Request for that (topic #7805).

I would like to suggest changing asuteroid to asteroid_(artist), or one of his other names. He has been previously been tagged as asuteroid, which is a romanization of his name.

We don't generally use the (artist) qualifier since it's too general, it would be "Asteroid_(angelark)" instead, but topic #7713 is for that kind of stuff.
