This is another case of an "official" Pixiv account, this time for a fan event (?). The image that's been uploaded has been properly tagged with the nanatsu_no_taizai copyright, but the artist's identity has escaped my cursory research. I'll defer to someone else on that.

It says something about being drawn for the doujinshi 少年フェイト for the circle いのちのふるさと (inochi no furusato). So presumably one of the artists who worked on the book is the artist of that image.
