I had colored sketch I did of o.c. swordsman and thought it would help from getting deleted. Not sure if it was reviewed or not but did see 1 negative score. If deleted for reason would like feedback on what to improve in order to avoid deletion in future thanks. https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/8429654?q=user%3Asicklebx

Self-uploads are always going to be hard, since you're always biased towards yourself. It used to be outright banned in the days of oldbooru, and is lowkey discouraged even now. I'd recommend a site like deviantart or pixiv instead for your uploads.

You said in the post commentary that this is your first time using these coloring and shading techniques, correct? It may be a decent attempt at that level, but your work is going to be compared with others made by artists that have spent years of experience perfecting their craft. Do a search for status:active approver:any to get an idea of the level Approvers expect.

The score isn’t considered when approving posts. Any member can upvote or downvote posts, not just Approvers.

The moderation history, which contain records of how many Approvers looked at a post and any reasons they gave, are cleared out after about a month has passed. Your upload was from three months ago. You should check your uploads promptly if the feedback is important to you.

right but it says that it was unapproved in three days does that mean it was not approved just the reason for it not being approved was deleted after a certain amount of time?

question? Is it a quality of your work? also how would you know before posting that it's worthy being on here? or should you just post and see what happens? And follow up which in your opinion works, best fanart that has characters that are copyrighted and established and widely known cause I mostly do oc's based on artists styles and sometimes my own originals.

Why all these pomepome1207's artworks (old post on Danbooru) was takedown? (not Deleted post by Approver check and not approve, but Deleted with Takedown with picture take out the site)

Looks like the posts were banned. Either they were paid rewards or the artist filed a DMCA request.

Yes, that's how the modqueue works. Posts are given 3 days to be looked at by approvers before being deleted by default.

Generally speaking, yeah. Danbooru is a curated image gallery that's based on the taste of the approvers. What you think might be quality might not be to the approvers. Simple pencil sketches almost never cut it, which you seemed to have realized (though it took you 8 years to do so). The fact that your most recent upload is a WMM-style making-of doesn't help much. Your art isn't bad (there's definitely been much worse self-uploads), it's just not up to the standards of Danbooru.
