Dupe, the artist's name is コンタミネイション and their handle is contami0813. The optios for me are either rename contamination to kontamineishon or create contamination_(contami0813) as the final tag. I prefer the latter.

Duplicate. Ishico is the older entry, it was created after an alt Pixiv account, so nora_(norabox) should probably be renamed before approving this to move the artist entry.
