Based on Twitter handle. All the Pixiv usernames became a full stop. The artist has removed all of her artworks on Pixiv.
It turns out that both are the same artists. Did a reverse search for this image on ASCII2D.net, then this appeared to be the original source. While 光莉 showed up as the original artist.
Also, the third-party source on Zerochan shows Pixiv Id 8357949, which belonged to kirari (shimoda11).
I'll wait for other users to think about this issue and approve it. Thank you.

It seems the artist is Chinese, by looking at this post's Chinese commentary - despite being Japan-based on the profile bio. If so, maybe xiaosjiang would be a more accurate artist name romanization of 小死酱. Is stacc name actually more prioritized?
