They are the same artist. I found NyanStrike's DA, Twitter and YouTube accounts, her last activity in 2015 was promoting her new accounts.

Now about @NyanDoll who did the edit, they seem to be a commissioner named J_E_N_6A, after their character name, but I couldn't find any accounts.

I'm a bit new and decided to upload a piece from Seiga Nicovideo (https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/6069398), however I'm unsure as to what to use for the artist name. The raw URL is https://seiga.nicovideo.jp/user/illust/123640839 while the name I was able to gather was はとぼし. How should this be translated?
