current name i suspect dates back to the early days of danbooru(first picture for this artist was ~13 years ago), and from what i see, they don't actually go by "ぢせ"(this is used as a screen name in the instances i can find it), but by psychoro

Rejected in favor of forum #226022. They use ぢせ in a lot of accounts, which can be romanized as dise.

as far as i can find, "outsuki" has never been used by this artist

桜月カノ is their twitter username, 桜月 can be read as "sakurazuki" but their fanbox (https://xkgdwqb3.fanbox.cc/) romanizes it as おうつき (outsuki).
