The other option would be "Zhí bǎihé" (it's a Taiwanese artist).

I don't know Chinese so I'm not sure if "Zhí bǎihé" is an accurate romanization or not. I checked a different tool besides Google and got a different answer ("tie baihe"). I would wait for someone who's more knowledgeable to confirm before we change the tag.

It looks like the artist has a website, http://shirokurocafe.blog51.fc2.com/, so maybe go with minoa_(shirokurocafe) instead? It doesn't seem the artist goes by lastswallow anywhere besides their Pixiv login name.

I was thinking about that, though he or she doesn't seem to be active in updating the blog, last time in late 2011. The light novel credit I saw specifically credited the artist as part of Nitroplus: minoa（ニトロプラス）, but minoa_(nitroplus) might not be a good qualifier either if he or she ever leaves Nitroplus in the future.

Should just be berukko, which is how べるっこ is romanized.

The reason they added an extra underscore for their twitter name is probably because just berukko was already taken on twitter.
