Fixing BUR #9582 as of forum #209129 and forum #209148.

I made a new tag for xiho_(suna) called xiho_(xi_ho_) (name + Twitter handle) and moved all previous posts, leaving the xiho_(harusame) tag with only harusame_(user_wawj5773)'s posts, thus the rename request (name + Twitter handle). Fixed links and other names as well.
