The Pinyin transcription of 喵咕君 is Miāogūjūn. However, macrons in Pinyin do not mean the same thing they do in romanization of Japanese; they indicate a tone, not a long vowel. This should be transcribed as "miaogujun".

I think the qvq is an emoticon (QvQ), and isn't part of the name. Their pixiv account has it as QAQ.
