Fixed manually, while also fixing the artist name. (artist #223750)

Should we keep Ocha and Chashiba Katase separate?

All websites linking to Ocha have gone defunct (pixiv, twitter, et al) and their work stopped just prior to the start of In/Spectre; coincidentally, Chashiba Katase only pops up after they go silent as Ocha
