It has no history of being tagged. I'd alias the latter to lunya + a qualifier or to lunyaria.

Yeah, I made the lunyaria artist tag a couple of days ago when I was uploading from their new Twitter account, and nothing about the old artist tag popped up until I actually went to post it. You think I should reverse my alias? Old name to new?

Yes, the new artist entry can be moved out of the way to keep the older active. At least I prefer lunyaria over lunya_(lunyaria) or lunya_(jg010118).

Dupe, the old account was deleted but they kept the older handle. The current Twitter name is simply お, but their TikTok name is 小倉, with one of the readings being similar to the curent handle.
