I think it's fine as it is, it's never been mistagged in 10 years and the autocomplete would show it below other tags. I just prefer to wait for others if I think a tag is ambiguous or I'm not sure about something.

They seem to be the same artist based on the history, Idk why a Twitter url was removed from the former and I didn't find anything else linking them together, but their user ID match. There was also a third artist entry for them.

Old name -> current name. Please, don't approve this before moving takaraizu's entry.

I meant to rename the entries before approving it so takaraizu keeps kurumiya_hato's entry. Takaraizu is named "takaraizu(hato)" on Pixiv, they were named "鳩豆茶（くるみや）" in the past, post #3599211 is on Hato's Niconico Seiga and I think the artstyle is similar as well. I just couldn't find mentions of having alt accounts to be 100% sure and approve this myself. I think the takaraizu Twitter url was removed from hato's entry by mistake. Btw, I think I found a fourth artist entry while looking at it again: hato_konro.
