I think I used head_wreath on a few images like that awhile ago, but it seems someone didn't like that name and removed the tag. There also seems to have been a flower_wreath tag that existed at one point as well.

oh... someone moved it to flower_crown
flower crown wouldn't work if someone was wearing a wreath of laurels.
Seems head_wreath was replaced with garland, which was what I started using when I searched for and found an existing tag on the subject a year and a half or so ago. Head_wreath gets my vote out of all the tags mentioned thus far.
EDIT: ...and apparently everyone lost interest. So what now?
Updated
Bumping this. I'd like to migrate all the images under flower_crown to a more generic head_wreath tag, as well as remove the crown tag from those images.
Preferably I think we should limit the crown tag to images with the more stereotypical metal and fabric type crowns.
I've always heard the flower ones referred to as flower crowns, but I do understand the term's problems and limitations. Add my support to head_wreath. Maybe we should alias flower_crown to it, though.

That sounds good, too.
Removed the flower_crown -> crown implication.
Aliased flower_crown -> head_wreath.
