Wet Socks

mass update wet_legwear -> wet_socks -wet_legwear
deprecate wet_legwear

Similar to colored legwears, removing legwear and retaining socks.

Are we sure it's all socks? That we don't have any thighhighs or the like?

Most of the posts are thighhighs and there is still a good chunk of pantyhose posts once you filter those out. Roughly 1/3rd the posts are left after removing both thighhighs and pantyhose posts.

I'm neutral to the idea of deprecating it overall, but the BUR shouldn't have that mass update if it's not 100% socks.

Well, wet_legwear only has 328 posts so I'm fine with just doing a deprecate and manually garden it if people are ok with it.
