How do i make tags?

A post i uploaded, post #9017342 needs a new tag made for Daebom's art of the ST-A1 and i have no idea if i can make tags or how to. Can someone help me figure out how to make one or if i cant, help me make one?

Edit: There's also no tag for the ST-A1 either

You just write the tag. Regardless of whether it exists or not, it'll add it unless it has been deprecated.
