I think this tag needs a review.
The wiki defines it as:
"A shirt that is tied at the top, but then splits in the middle and opens up to expose the wearer's abdomen."
I'm also assuming the tag can refer to shirts that are partially unbuttoned, partially unzipped etc, as a kind of fashion choice(?)
However when I google the term 'flapper shirt', it doesn't exist anywhere.
Should the tag maybe be renamed into something more accessible? e.g. 'high-low shirt/top' to fit alongside high-low dress?
