I don't think things like 'presenting tanlines' does either - unless you want something like post #7712107 to be mixed in with a tag which is for sexually inviting positions.
And presenting another when the person being 'presented' is doing nothing to 'present' themselves as well, or situations of imminent rape seem to be directly against the whole purpose of the presenting tag.
Honestly the only ones of those I'd say there's a case for are penis, anus and pussy.
