This is an official alternate appearance for the pre-established character mentioned in the request, so naturally it should imply the main tag for the character itself.

(Edit: I really should have just made these tag requests one by one) Scratch this one, it doesn't exist: create implication marie_(airhead)_(splatoon) -> marie_(splatoon)
There is of course some questions in regard to which label should be prioritized for some of the tags that have additional aliases requested here, like octo_callie vs callie_(octo_idol_outfit)_(splatoon). On one hand, the outfit doesn't have much of an official name to it (not even in the artbooks), so the brackets specifying more of what role she's playing as she's wearing it would perhaps be more applicable, at least in terms of trying to label them from a neutral perspective. However a lot of people simply refer to her as "Octo Callie" while in that state, and it also has a number of prototype designs (currently tagged here as callie_(unused_coat_outfit)_(splatoon) and callie_(unused_octo_idol_outfit)_(splatoon)) that people like to draw.
So if octo_callie was prioritized it would give justification to perhaps rename the callie_(unused_coat_outfit)_(splatoon) tag to octo_callie_(unused_fur_coat)_(splatoon) instead, which would have the added benefit of not just saying that it's a prototype design of Callie, but that it's specifically a prototype-design of Callie while she's in that specific state (though there are some issues with how that label is also competing with other common community nicknames like "Hypno Callie", "Brainwashed Callie", "Evil Callie", etc. There's a lot of them.)
Of course if one were to make a truly neutral term for it, one could go for callie_(octo_idol)_(unused_fur_coat)_(splatoon). You could even apply that format to the prototype designs for the Grand Festival outfits for Shiver and Frye, seen in the last batch (ergo: shiver_(unused_grand_festival_kimono)_(splatoon), shiver_(unused_grand_festival_fur_sleeves)_(splatoon), frye_(unused_grand_festival_moray_sleeves)_(splatoon) and frye_(unused_grand_festival_fur_sleeves)_(splatoon)) and perhaps for even more characters in the future, which would help standardize the formatting between them a little bit. However then you'd instead have a potential problem of having tags with way too many brackets in them, which i don't quite know if it's something we want to avoid here. The risk of excessive bracketing are one of the reasons I decided to go with their current labeling, even though I'll admit I'm still not quite sure about them as they are at the moment.
Why are (splatoon_2_one_year_anniversary) rendered as such instead of (one_year_anniversary)_(splatoon_2)?
That's... a good question actually. I suppose I just didn't consider it at the time. By the time I began working on those tags, I had pretty much become mentally numb from repeatedly thinking I was reaching the end and was finally almost done with the outfit-tags, only to then realise there were still more outfits I hadn't considered, that also weren't purely fanmade in origin.
If i were to reflect on what logic i had at the time, it was something along the lines of: "Everything will have a one year anniversary at one point or another, and Splatoon has Three different games that could have that, so perhaps it would be best to specify which game's anniversary the outfit is related to as early as possible in the tag-label itself to avoid split second-confusions." Cause i know i've had moments of slight confusion looking at images involving Agent_3_(splatoon_3) and needing to do a double-take of the "3" at the end of the tag, making sure it's not the Agent 3 from the previous two games.
These are just the mascot characters' default outfits. I really don't like the idea of the vtuber *_(1st_costume) disease spreading to other copyrights, but it is true that if you just search marina_(splatoon), for instance, there's a lot of other stuff in there besides the default outfit.

It doesn't help that this is also something that's spread from Fate, with the First Ascension tags, and the recent approval of the Cardcaptor Sakura costume tags with gacha names making it so that both her default outfits (Tomoeda Elementary School Uniform and Kinomoto Sakura (Magician)) are functionally represented now as tags. As long as the maximalist attitude persists for costume tagging, we won't be able to stop default costumes from being tagged for accessibility purposes.
