Just a reminder on the guidance for adding images to wikis: "Use images that are as safe-for-work as possible." That's going to be difficult to do, given the topic, but try to find G-rated images if at all possible, and S-rated if not, but remember that you can use assets, so it's possible to download a good example, crop out the nsfw, and then reupload as an asset and show that instead.

I've created something of a mockup so far and I've been careful to have as g-rated imagery as possible, uploading SFW variants is an excellent idea however

Copied fresh from notepad++, it's still pretty raw but should give a general idea of what I'm going for.
I've stopped briefly because the spider-gag posts are really out of whack, probably my own fault but many are either dental or otherwise styles so I need to sort through those, best candidate to rep though is a cropped version of (NSFW) post #743718.

That's a good point, and I don't know that you can have a dildo gag that isn't E, so it may be impossible for this tag, but SFW is still the goal. I'll include that disclaimer in the future though.

It's important that there won't a misconception that people should try their hardest to come up with SFW examples on generally NSFW concepts or not add examples at all, just like how official art is preferred but anything but mandatory for character wikis.
Take the old large_breasts wiki for example. This was changed into embeds by someone not paying attention, and this was definitely bad as it was needlessly NSFW (what does a double footjob have to do with breast sizes?). Compare it to the current state of the wiki, it's still definitely S, but thats due to the nature of large breasts and shouldn't really come as a surprise, but the examples are at least "tasteful".
Anyone looking at a wiki that contains a list of gags shouldn't expect SFW-only examples, especially on a site like Danbooru. As long as the examples are actual posts with correct ratings (or assets with incorrect but too-strict ratings, I suppose), they also get properly filtered out on Safebooru: https://safebooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/large_breasts
