create implication scar_across_eye -> scar_on_face
Not all scars on face are across the eye, but all scars across the eye will be on the face. If there is a valid reason to have them separate and scar_across_eye not imply both, I'd appreciate that explanation.
There could be extra eyes on the chest or other non-face location.

This has always pissed me off; I'd much rather we make a tag for these bullshit exceptions like Touhou third_eyes instead of leaving this implication out. Less than 1% of these posts shouldn't counter an extremely obvious implication to an almost 30k strong tag.

Mm yeah, was just thinking of proposing making some sort of disconnected_third_eye tag or something because like... when I think of third eye I assume it's gonna be on the forehead or somewhere else on the actual body, but maybe that's just my incorrect perspective as someone who isn't in the Touhou fandom.
I could upvote it if those exceptions are gardened out for another tag. I barely found any posts while combining several searches attempting to find places where an extra eye had a scar across it; and even then, that is absolutely something that should get a gentag because that's a searchable concept on its own much like third, detached or other types of eyes are. That's the only reason I'm voting meh. Otherwise there's no reason why this implication shouldn't exist.
I made scar across disembodied eye for the two posts I could find, but I don't know how we would name this tag if the eye is actually somewhere else in the body, like in the palm. Anyway that's a problem for future us.
Note that scar on face is pulled by scar on mouth and scar on nose, which could have the same issue.
