BUR #36725 has been rejected.
create alias araki_nonoka_(karaage_bou) -> araki_nonoka
remove alias araki_nonoka_(karaage_bou) -> araki_nonoka
rename ichijou_aona_(karaage_bou) -> ichijou_aona
I forgot to remove the qualifier on their original characters when renaming the artist, these names aren't ambiguous.
BUR #36726 has been approved by @evazion.
create alias araki_nonoka_(karaage_bou) -> araki_nonoka_(takano_tomohiro)
create alias ichijou_aona_(karaage_bou) -> ichijou_aona_(takano_tomohiro)
Alternate BUR with the current artist name as the qualifier.
