Coughing blood implications

Self-explanatory. It features a person coughing up blood.

There's a lot of overlap between coughing blood and spitting blood. Do we want to alias these or try to keep them separate?

Looks like posts with coughing blood tend to show a character badly injured or ill.
Meanwhile spitting blood is present in posts where a character is spitting blood as if it was saliva or is being punched in a comical scenario.

I think it is worth keeping them separate and maybe properly tag posts to reflect this, since there are not many. Also there is vomiting blood to consider.

This is also going to make it so that coughing is 1/3 coughing blood, which is not necessarily what you expect when you search for coughing.
