Clean up the mess left behind with the creation of a massive amount of chastity cage tags

The tags that were recently created for chastity cage are far too granular/repetitive to be useful and are polluting the tags list of several posts when the search utility and value of them is incredibly dubious. There's no need to create such hyperspecific tags for something that is ultimately a small part of an image. Some of them are ok to keep and might have some general utility for people trying to find things for this specific fetish but the rest have to go.

I'm going to split this up into a few so they can be individually voted on because some might be disagreeable or might be useful to have. Starting off; the dreaded colour tags (plus design tags that could stay but just be renamed that should just be folded into the main tag).

Partial voting alternative to forum #333719 that that separates out the intensively granular ones by getting rid of these specific design choices on cages. Ultimately any such chastity cage is such a small part of the image, we don't need to tag hyperspecific details about it. One layer deep, such as in the case of unconventional chastity cage, is more than enough. Though it's not great since it still leaves the other ones in tact, and I don't think they should be - splitting this simply allows it to be voted on separately for now.

A chastity piercing is not a nipple piercing, it's a pussy piercing.

most of those are established types of the sex toy, though:

• inverted chastity cage - this is a name for a specific shape and size of cage, they supposedly push the penis inside the wearer's body
• i don't particularly care for the color tags, though i do feel like leaving a split between black/metal/other would be worthwhile, as black is the most common color for plastic cages, metal (silver) is another common material, and everything else is noticeably less common
• ornate chastity cage - it should stay as-is rather than be renamed. the focus of the tag is clearly on the decorations that do not affect the function. the rename BUR and following it with a mass update for double_end_chastity_cage makes little sense, as it is not merely a cosmetic element but rather an actual difference in function - it is intended to be used by two people, rather than one like a usual cage
• chastity piercing - that is not a form of nipple piercing, it's a genital piercing that intends on restricting access to the genitals. see wikipedia
• chastity cage barrel lock, chastity key, padlocked chastity cage - those are also somewhat different, though i don't think a chastity key is particularly different from a normal key. i don't have an opinion on those tags
• sex toy replacing penis - the wiki is written strangely. the gist is, some people in chastity opt to use sex toys rather than their locked-away penises, be it using a regular strap-on, or a specialised dildo intended to be worn over the cage. it would certainly be hard to search for a regular strap-on being worn by someone with a penis, as those would more often be in use by a female dominatrix pegging her partner
• touching own chastity cage - i don't have an opinion on this tag
• chastity cage bow, chastity cage ribbon - could probably be folded into ornate chastity cage
• ball splitter - i'm not familiar with this item, but it appears to be an otherwise unsearchable type of toy as well

This could be a good concept to search/tag in the future so I've opted not to deprecate it. I'll figure out a better way to deal with this chunk of tags, so for the time being I'll out reject it.

Just because they are, it doesn't mean that we need to have tags for every single type of them if they aren't going to get many searches or just be tag padding. Most of these can be represented as existing tags, and it's harder to blacklist when no one's doing anything else about them. Colour tags are a blight on almost anything Danbooru taggers dare touch that can appear on a person and we normally get rid of these for non-major elements of an image or things that are too small for colour to matter.

You saying that just makes me want to delete it instead of preserving it as a different name as far as whatever's currently tagged to it goes, and then unconventional chastity cage can be for a future BUR. I won't say we should get rid of that kind of concept entirely, given we have things like improvised condom. So here's an alternative to forum #333717.

This is a lot of BURs in quick succession and I feel each one is worth considering since there's nothing wrong with creating new tags for previously unsearchable concepts that have actual value, so I'll stop here and only create new ones to provide alternatives or to reject. A few steps at a time while not turning this into a megathread where it's hard to follow discussion. Regardless, at the very least, the colour-related tags are bad.

Some tags I created may be too specific but there was no way to know which tags were/weren't until I finished tagging everything all 800+ posts tagged chastity cage. I've already cleaned up a few mistakes like replacing both ejaculating_in_chastity_cage and chastity_cage_drip with chastity_cage_emission because you can't tell if it's cum or precum coming out of a chastity cage before during or after ejaculation in many images but you got to tag it with something.

For femdom it's "ultimately a small part of an image" but if it's male focus / otoko no ko / futanari the chastity cage is basically panties. Danbooru has tags for all colors and designs of panties so if chastity cage is equivalent it gets the same tags.

Lips and nails are a "small part of an image" and they have color tags. The only thing I would change about the color tags is renaming metal chastity cage to silver chastity cage.

Likewise post #7195394, post #4899508, post #6447719. The cage is colored to match the outfit. If you look at the numbers most cages are metal, so by searching chastity_cage -metal_chastity_cage you can find colored cages.

Color tags are probably the easiest tags to tag in this "mess". Any tagger can see the color of the chastity cage.

The only thing I'd change in hindsight is that metal_chastity_cage should be called silver_chastity_cage since 99% of them are silver except for a few like post #8155561 that are both metal and colored and that makes it hard to tell which tag to use. Also gold is a metal.

Most metal cages are silver color. Gold is a metal so having gold or bronze as separate tags doesn't make sense. Easier to tag it by color than by material.

I had trouble thinking for a name for this too so I chose to match ornate armor, ornate ring and ornate_phone_case. The point is that they have some decoration/customization instead of looking just like a mass produced chastity cage.

The problem with unconventional chastity cage is that some of the ones I tagged revealing chastity cage will end up in this tag like post #1680043, post #4599042 and post #5638619. Like if we go by the numbers then double end chastity cage is the most unconventional cage but there is a specific term for it so would that mean one tag implies the other? imo having well-defined specific tags and organizing them in the wiki makes more sense than just dumping everything into a bucket

So the reason I made up chastity cage-belt is because some devices look like a chastity belt but are designed for the penis like a chastity cage. So if you only had these two tags you probably would use chastity belt for it like in post #5765145 which is futanari or post #8088724 which is flat. Then nobody is going to find it because you would never search for chastity belt if you were looking for caged penises. Like I went through all chastity cage posts and I didn't see this post #2897493 because it's tagged with chastity belt. If it was tagged with chastity cage chastity cage-belt I would find it. I think chastity belt should be used only if there is no penis inside the device.

I think ball splitter is an okay tag. I was going to use it to tag pics like post #4477838 with that have an actual ball splitter on it with the tag "chastity cage ball splitter" but I had been told my tags were too specific already via mail by another user so I made it just ball splitter instead to account for images like post #6123644 that splits the balls with clothing instead. A cage with a ball splitter looks like this. I guess if you don't like testicles you wouldn't appreciate this tag much, but think of it like skindentation for the balls. Pretty sure most people would tell me to not tag it with skindentation though so it needs a separate tag.

I made sex toy replacing penis because of comment #2468951 that wanted a tag for it. If you have a better name for it I'm all ears because I couldn't think of any lol.

It's not a vibrator on penis because it's not a vibrator. It's a dildo. Except it could be a strap-on. I'm okay with moving bow and ribbon to ornate. There was no way to know before tagging everything but now that everything is tagged I see placing them in ornate makes more sense because there are so few pics.

I made chastity cage barrel lock to contrast with padlock because in some pictures it's prominent but in most pics I couldn't actually tell if it's a barrel lock or just some barrel shaped thing. Also there is only 3 pictures tagged chastity_cage_barrel_lock that aren't tagged small_chastity_cage, so in hindsight you could just search for small_chastity_cage to find this design.

I disagree with nuking chastity_cage_strap. This is a well-known accessory in the chastity cage community, it's very easy to identify and tag and it helps distinguish chastity cage from chastity belt when the "belt" is just a strap.
