Figuring out white eyelashes

BUR #36168 has been rejected.

Proposal 1: white eyelashes was originally aliased to colored eyelashes per forum #197392. The alias was then removed for autocomplete reasons but never deprecated, which in time allowed it to flourish as an independent tag despite having a deprecation wiki (2450 posts at the time of submission). It is the only distinct colour of eyelashes that continues to exist as of right now because of this oversight.

BUR #36169 has been approved by @evazion.

Proposal 2: Rekindles the BUR of forum #318054, which is to keep white eyelashes distinct from colored eyelashes due to its prominence over other generic colours in some character designs (sometimes even being a core trait of the design) however have the former imply the latter by definition. This prevents pollution of autocomplete, keeps them independent but also reestablishes a link between the two.
