rename type_96_tank_(ztz-96) -> ztz-96
create alias type_96_tank -> ztz-96
create alias type_99_tank -> ztz-99
I don't know who thinks naming the tag for the Chinese Type 96 tank "Type 96 tank (ZTZ-96)" is a good idea, especially when various modern Chinese ground vehicle is given a tag based on their designation system. So I think only the designation "ZTZ-96" should be kept as the name for the main tag, and the "Type 96 tank" is relegated to alias.
Also rename the tag for Type 99 tank (ZTZ-99) into Chinese designation for the same reason.
