Fixing Infinity Nikki Species Tags

BUR #35224 has been rejected.

category faewish_sprite -> general
category piecey -> general

So, I fucked up when I made these tags and made them chartags, thinking they'd mainly see use for background characters of these species (ex: post #8576021). But nope, not only do we got named important characters of these species, but artwork of them, which obviously runs into the issues with tags like personification and humanization (even if I don't got any upped at the moment to pull out). So yeah, these need to be gen species tags, especially as there are multiple characters of these species. My apologies.

The tags are still small enough for you to be able to change their categories yourself. Or do you think there might still be an argument for keeping them chartags?

I dunno. I really would prefer to just manually fix it myself honestly, but I know it's typically customary to run these types of things through the forums, which is really the point. Also, just to make sure there's nothing about these I'm missing.

These can be manually changed since they have an incredibly small post count and are still relatively fresh tags; I've gone ahead and recategorised them. You are right in that it's customary for these to run through the forums but there's also a certain point where you don't necessarily need to wait for a BUR to get it done for you. This is one of those cases, all things considered, where you can make the change on your own without the vote.

It's particularly when it comes to controversial or large changes that a BUR should be absolutely necessary. Slamdunks on small tags, not so much.

I see I see. I just wasn't sure if this was a tag I could quietly change over or not, and wanted to be safe than sorry. Thanks for doing it for me, it seems. I''ll go ahead and reject the BUR then, considering it is redundant now.
