Change Arcane_Viktor to Viktor_(Arcane)

BUR #35173 has been approved by @evazion.

rename arcane_viktor -> viktor_(arcane)

This might be a bit more controversial, but I think we should rename it to follow the naming scheme of other series, such as Fate. Arcane Viktor is not a Riot Skin that can be bought ingame, unlike Arcane Jinx or Arcane Vi for example, it's just a name we introduced for searching (see the corresponding wiki). Unfortunately, this leads to the problem that other such names are also created, such as Arcane Singed, which just looks like the normal Singed or the earlier version.
The problem is that some users like to use tags like Arcane Jinx or Arcane Vi for images that have nothing to do with the official skin (sometimes not even with the Arcane series) and make the search for this skin rather difficult if you don't garden it regularly.*
In order to at least curb the whole thing a little, I think it would be better to name the tags that are not official skins according to the scheme we usually use, i.e. ‘Name (series)’. This way we can at least show that there is a difference between the official skins and the characters from the series.
In the future I would like to see that we create the normal skins in the usual way 'Skinname Character' (as above), while creating alternate versions of one character as 'Character (Series)'. It wouldn't also be the first, because tags like Silco (Arcane) or Vander (Arcane) already exist.

It should be noted that there is now an official Viktor Arcane skin, but it is called Arcane Savior Viktor and should only be used for images where it looks like this.

*What the Arcane Jinx tag should be used for
What it is sometimes tagged as: post #8518509 (nsfw) post #7612103 (loli nsfw) post #8180314 (nsfw)
Uploads that have nothing to do with the Arcane Jinx outfit or anything. It just looks like the normal Jinx (or powder).

The problem is that some users like to use tags like Arcane Jinx or Arcane Vi for images that have nothing to do with the official skin (sometimes not even with the Arcane series) and make the search for this skin rather difficult if you don't garden it regularly.

Then add example images to the wikis of what the tags are actually for, and explicitly say "this tag is for the character from the show, not the skin from the game" or whatever it is.
