For the tag Lolibaba, should it be placed only for characters who look young but are older, or should it also be used for characters who are young and act a lot older.
Characters like Kisaki from Blue Archive have a very petite frame, but the tag Loli tends to be used more for her. In the game she have a very mature disposition, but I don't think the tag Lolibaba has been used on any of her images.
Then there's characters like Piper Wheel from Zenless Zone Zero. She acts mature and tired, speaking in an older fashion, but has a smallish frame as well. She has also stated that she's much older than she appears to be, but no ages are ever stated. Her images don't really seemed to be labeled Petite or Loli that often at all, but Lolibaba has never been used for her either.
Should these character have Lolibaba tagged to them almost by default or is there something else we should be looking for when it comes to this?
