Rating guidelines wiki question

I saw the edit I made to the ratings guidelines got reversed. Now I don't want to really argue with the owner since obviously they have the final say. But I was wondering why this was done.

In my edit I added below waist orifices to this line "Exposed genitals or below waist orifices, including the pussy, penis, and anus, whether censored or uncensored."

Which to me makes sense, since the anus isn't a genital?

Or is this a grammar thing I am confusing.

Alternatively could it be worded like: "Exposed genitals (including the penis and pussy) and below the waist orifices (including the anus), whether censored or uncensored."

Anyway just to reiterate I am not arguing or protesting anything, just curious.

Did you tell anyone you were going to do this? Really probably shouldn't be making edits to such an important wiki without second opinions, even if it's something you think should be obvious.

As for the edit itself, I think it has potential to be wrong in niche scenarios. If someone had a mouth on their thigh, that would qualify as a "below the waist orifice" but obviously isn't what that line is referring to. No reason to add unnecessary complications to something that is otherwise straightforward just for the sake of being technically more correct.
