Mini Person Tag Cleanup?

create alias holding_miniperson -> holding_mini_person

I might be the only one who's bothered by this, but shouldn't this have a space in it to match the actual tag? Not 100% sure we should have it at all but I guess not all mini person-holding is in palm (eg, post #8360190).

Holding mini person neither implicates holding nor mini person either, but I'll cross that bridge when the rename is voted on.

The bulk update request #34730 (forum #323408) has been approved by @evazion.

We have minigirl and miniboy as one word but for mini person it's two words. Not sure if we should move those too.

BUR #35858 is pending approval.
