This tag is ambiguous. It could refer to bathing, dishwashing, cleaning_windows, or a number of other more specific tags which have no business being lumped together under a single tag.
The current wiki definition is bad, as it's essentially just bathing, but what without this available what would we use for washing some arbitrary (but too uncommon to be tagged specifically) item? For example: post #7689255 or post #7822858. Should we coin a washing_object tag?
Reading the bathing wiki, it's also meant to be kept distinct from showering, which would make washing a sort of umbrella tag to combine the two (along with all the other washing object stuff). (Personally I kind of see "showering" as a kind of "bathing" though, but they are visually distinct)

I'd call that cleaning. We do need a tag for washing or scrubbing one's own body in a bathtub though.
