create implication unmarked_police_car -> car
A type of police car that does not have any marking on its body. Since it's just a regular car with a single emergency lighting, I decided to have it implied to the car tag.

Well, that's the point I'm trying to make.
EDIT: The thing is, regular police cars should at least have both markings and emergency lights, while unmarked police cars should have at least one single beacon on the roof or on the dashboard, or hidden LED emergency lights inside the interior or on the grill.
