These two appear to be the same copyright. And I say "appear" because there's very little information about what this copyright actually is. It appears to be entirely a pixiv creation, given that there's no reference to it anywhere other than on pixiv and here on Danbooru.
In any case, all pictures tagged with Levasol are also tagged with Witches in 7th Base, so they're probably synonymous.
