Watanare name aliases

BUR #34061 is pending approval.

create alias koto_satuki -> koto_satsuki

I recognise that the Council anime website has made a decision. But given that it's a stupid-ass decision, I've elected to ignore it.

Memes aside, whenever these names somehow overtake the logical ones, we can always reverse it.
