Merge hijab into headscarf

BUR #33622 has been rejected.

create alias hijab -> headscarf

Merge one tag into something that is similar as I feel that hijab can be vague and to make tagging simpler.

They are very different.

You might as well say the thing indians wear and what muslim women wear are the same shit if you put all head scarfs in the same category.

On the other hand, an implication might be useful?

Wouldn't it make more sense to create an implication to hood, as a majority of the hijab posts seem to start at the knape of the neck and encompass the whole head?
