Utsumi Erice (Swimsuit Avenger)'s third ascension is explicitly her Nightwatch "grim reaper" uniform. It first appeared in post #3352615, several years before her release as a swimsuit servant. I think this should be treated the same way Nero Claudius (Modern Costume of Crimson) is.
