remove implication layered_kimono -> layered_clothes
Layered clothes is for multiple pieces of clothing worn atop each other. Layered kimono is a kimono which has layers in the design itself. It is a single garment.

Shouldn't the layered clothes tag have to be removed/checked manually, to account for the possible of, say, having layered kimonos and and layered clothes in the same image?
