Alias on_toilet -> toilet_use
These two tags are pretty much the same thing but are not used mutually. It makes it difficult to find pictures of cute anime girls using the toilet when there's two different tags in use.
And while you're not physically "on" it when using a squat toilet, I still think the tags should be merged for clarity.
