create implication thought_bubble -> speech_bubble
Given forum #307561, topic #27984 and and forum #291819, this is a requirement now. Otherwise we need an alternate thought bubble tag for every single *_speech_bubble tag, which seems pretty absurd to me.

create alias blank_thought_bubble -> blank_speech_bubble
create alias colored_thought_bubble -> colored_speech_bubble
Some extra tags we don't need. There's an argument to be made to keep shared thought bubble and shared speech bubble separate.
