I'm curious about images where the art tools are next to say, digital art such as post #6096391 which is a fringe case, but also clealy not meta.
If you think this should be meta the sister art program in frame tag should be metafied too.
I'm kind of mixed on this. I feel like it is pretty adjacent to the medium tags themselves, so in that sense having it be meta does make sense. However, there's definitely cases where the art tools infringe on the subjects, no matter how little, in which case they definitely become part of the actual image, like in post #7886004, so ultimately I don't think this could work.
