Joining together the crystal shard tags

BUR #32469 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias crystal_shard -> crystal_shards

We have two tags that describe the same thing and have roughly the same number of posts tagged with it (90 vs 91). Opted to go with the plural since most posts feature shards in pairs but let me know if the singular would be more appropriate.

Should the Kirby specifc item from Kirby and the Crystal Shards be cleared out first?

I have no idea what that is but if there's a hyperspecific item that could share a potential name collision with something as generic as a crystal shard then it should have a qualified gentag to identify it.
