create implication high-speed_train -> train
A train that runs significantly faster than traditional trains. I know the shinkansen tag exists, but that tag should be exclusive to Japanese high-speed trains because the high-speed train tag also includes non-Japanese high-speed trains such as post #395805 (French), post #1372749 (Chinese), post #6855602 (South Korean) and post #8167982 (Indonesian).
I was going to suggest implying Shinkansen to high-speed train, but this runs into a bit of a problem since it'd mean it'd also imply train. Meanwhile, Shinkansen interiors are recognizable to the point where you can deduce the exact model just from the inside (see post #5684585), so just calling that train interior would be silly. Should Shinkansen stay an unimplied exterior-and-interior tag? An option would be Shinkansen interior but that sounds pretty dumb imho.

I think that's for the best too.
As a second point, we have a handful of Shinkansen model tags. One would think it'd make sense to imply these to Shinkansen, but that would mean personifications, even as far-fetched as post #2151787, would also get that tag. Looking at the tags, except for N700 it seems to be a bit 50/50 whether a post tagged with a specific model is a personification or not (maybe there's some untagged models too). I'm not that opposed to applying Shinkansen to personifications though.

Some personifications also have train parts as part of their costume, but I wonder if the train tag would still qualify for that.
