I feel like the costumes should be linked with the respective characters' pages, so that whenever there is a illustration depicting either Fine or Rein in either of these costumes, it's somewhat important to add these tags. 'Cause I just felt like it was a bit of a stretch not adding them.
This also applies to cosplay pics of different characters from other media dressing up as either of these characters.
