deprecate censored_profanity
I don't think this is a necessary tag. It's a composite of censored text and profanity for the most part, with the exception of posts like post #7241448, where the profanity is spoken. Still, I don't think this one case proves that the tag has value. Trying to tag the type of text being censored seems far too granular to me.
Censored profanity is such a common concept though that it seems a poor choice to deprecate it. Also just because there is censored text and profanity, doesn't mean the profanity is the thing being censored. Ex: post #4072779.
censored_text profanity has 6 times the amount of censored profanity results. If we want to keep this tag it should be populated more.
Another point for keeping it is that censored profanity, unlike censored text, could also apply to audible speech (bleeped-out profanity).
The bulk update request #32316 (forum #310367) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
