Three Kingdoms tags

rename sangokushi_koei -> romance_of_the_three_kingdoms_(video_games)

sangokushi (三国志) is an ambiguous tag that presumably was meant to be used for all Three Kingdoms-related posts, except we now have Romance of the Three Kingdoms for that. (Leaving aside the issue of the Romance referring to the 14th century novel, not the real life events of 3rd century China).

sangokushi koei is a poor name for Koei's Sangokushi series of games, and I suggest renaming the tag to the series's official English name with the appropriate qualifier.

Some of the posts under sangokushi only have that tag in the copyright category: sangokushi copytags:1. Nuking it would mean leaving those posts without a copyright tag.

Some posts also aren't tagged with romance of the three kingdoms: sangokushi -romance_of_the_three_kingdoms.

I've went through the posts from the sangokushi -romance_of_the_three_kingdoms and sangokushi copytags:1 queries and replaced sangokushi with the appropriate tags. The problem is that people kept using the sangokushi tag for both the historical Three Kingdoms period and the game series when we already have separate tags for both.

I think the qualifier should probably be "video game" (singular) or just "koei" for the game series.
