BUR #31971 has been rejected.

create alias fumizuka_eiri -> fumidsuka_eiri
create alias shizuki_soujuurou -> sizuki_soujyuro

These are the official romanizations.
The latter is kind of wildly unpopular (in the way altria_pendragon_(fate) is) though, so this is probably worth discussing whether it's ideal?

If not aliased this way, the other direction should be made at least as these are official.
