All of these tags refer to tanlines, and the tanlines wiki page links to them.

Now that you mention it, it does sound ambiguous. Already I'm seeing actual tattoos on sun tattoo.

Anyway, from looking around, I see heart tan, legwear_tan, and a bunch of *_tan tags with single-digit post counts, all without wiki pages, and all referring to tanlines.
