BUR #31840 has been approved by @nonamethanks.
rename leni_milchstrasse -> reni_milchstrasse
from any source outside this site always calls this character reni in english and i think whoever made this tag only had the name in japanese to go off of leading to the R into a L.
not sure how to link post but #7397664 and #865068 also shows the R in the name.
edit: i did not know that it was gonna change it to a general tag. how do i fix that?

It showed up as a general tag because it is the default category for brand new tags. However, when renaming a tag, the new tag will inherit the category of the old tag, which is what happened to the Reni Milchstrasse tag when your BUR was approved.
